The family genealogy data is a deliberate exception: it is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication). The genealogical facts (names, dates, places, and relationships) may be freely reused, redistributed, adapted, and contributed to open datasets such as Wikidata and FactGrid, without attribution or other conditions. Living individuals remain limited to names only; this dedication does not waive their privacy.
The patent at US 2008/0222706 A1 is held under separate terms; see the patent itself for licensing details.
Trademarks

Server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) are retained for security and capacity-planning purposes only and are rotated regularly.
